1. Tell us your budget and requirements
2. Our florist will contact you to follow up the details
3. Confirm the design and settle the payment at least 3 days before the pick-up date (Payme / FPS / bank transfer available)
4. Our florist will select suitable floral and foliage materials in person for you. In case the supposed materials are out of stock or in poor quality, we will adjust the design with other fresh materials of equal value or more
5. Delivery method: self pick up at the designated location / delivery (extra cost involved)
